Supposedly the Siberian is hypoallergenic (it's hypoallergenic - hyperallergenic would actually mean extra allergenic 
) and lots of allergic people have them but I'm not completely sure.

I am a definite dog person, though I have no problems with cats and think they are nice enough. One of my friends has two cats and they were really cute and lovable.
The rest of my family is another story, they are total cat-haters who think they're the product of the devil. :P

I LOVE cats because they are so easy to snuggle with and they make you feel so at home and all of a sudden happy with the world for no reason other than a cat purring in your lap. But to say cats would be to betray my ghost dogs of Past, Present, and Future so I'm gonna have to say BOTH

Dogs are my favorite of the two choices; however, cats are very cute, loveable animals also. My main reason for liking dogs better, is cats seem to think they need to rule you. Dogs; however, are more obedient to their owners. Kitties and puppies are both so very adorable, and cute.
