Hello Scratchers. I'm a 47 year old graphic artist. I've just ordered a Model B Raspberry Pi. As I haven't done any real coding ever and haven't even messed with BASIC since the 1980's, I thought that Scratch would be the best place to get started in programming again.

Well, Scratch is a wonderful place to learn programming, which I can even testify by because it's what taught me a lot of what a good programmer needs to know, while not going into the little details.
