Due to the islands not being compressed and being free floating, coal is abundant as well as lapis, diamonds are less common and appear singular instead of in veins.

Below are some banners made with screenshots of the world, which will be released at 6pm GMT, 2nd of March in place of Risksilver, which will be put up for download for anyone who wants it.

Because the Nether and End will be inaccessible naturally, events will be held when factions are ready or after a set period of time to gain access to these resources.

Name inspiration from one of Magnesium Beta's old games much?
I mean. Creativity anybody?

Just to follow on from this, Magnesium Beta still owns the rights to the name which means you may not use it. I ask you rename it please, otherwise you will be breaking copyright law.

I can understand you want to protect your copyrights but thats just going too far

Calm down, bro. I don't believe you have legal representation for Tasekai. I'm not even sure to what extent I or Nervesplitter have for Tasekai, but be assured we are working with Magnesium Beta to solve this in the most amicable way possible.

Okay. So, to any of you wondering about this issue, here's a brief explanation.

Magnesium Beta is a company of Scratchers who have made some games for sale. One of these games happens to be "Ricerca." According to Zeusking, Nervesplitter was formerly involved with the project, but when he left, he lost his rights to the game and code.
The code of the game may be under copyright protection. However, names are not copyrightable. That is the function of Trademark registration. According to the US Patents and Trademarks organization's TESS database, no phrases including the term "ricerca" are live, valid trademarks. There is also the case of Ricerca Biosciences, a company founded in 1986, however it does not appear that they have any trademark regarding the name either. Therefore, there is no legal action that can be taken against Tasekai.

Still, we hope to cooperate as much as possible with Magnesium Beta to reach an agreement.

Lulz, where do I begin:

1) I can't PvP with just a sword; there's my weakness.
2) Make that 2 hours, I am a dwarf.
3) I recieve coords from spies, f map, and plain old searching.
4) I use optifine; no other mods except when I have to search my server for X-ray paths
