Can somebody tell me how to change the name of a topic in the forums?

So i recently made a new topic and i want to change the name. Can anybody help me?

Just report it and ask the Scratch Team to change it.

Well, there's no way to manually do this, unless you posted your topic in the last five minutes. Instead, you have to report your topic to get a Moderator to change its name for you.
