The Subspace Emissary is the upgraded adventure mode in Brawl, complete with bosses and a story. This mode receives a lot of hate for being repetitive and other things, but does it deserve it? Post your thoughts below.
My thoughts: Subspace is rather boring at some points, but the cutscenes are nicely made, and the story is intriguing at points. The way the enemies are set up so they don't take knockback to die can be very annoying, but when I got used to it, It was passable. I like how many references to games there are, and this mode let you get used to all of the characters. It also provided an easy way to unlock every fighter. The reason I like The Subspace Emissary is because how much fun I had when playing it with a friend, and I suggest it even though the focus on player 1 is frustrating. I would give it a try if you haven't already done so.

Subspace Emissary is the best part in Brawl. Besides the Masterpieces.

Oh my word I loved this. My favorite parts were when you were in that one healing room where there's air blowing up from the ground and you would float. Also, the part where you're in this mine and you can kart ride down the place and there are those giant eyeball enemies (forgot the name) and you run over them. :'D

Well, I though Subspace Emissary was a bit too easy when I played it. Then I got to Tabuu on the hardest difficulty. It took all my Pikachu skill to beat that monster, and I have a LOT of Pikachu skill. Subspace Emissary was pretty good overall, but I would have liked more normal brawling and less weird bosses.

SAME!!! lol I got a walkthrough for this game to beat the Great Maze (and read about characters and strategies, this was before I used the internet often...).
I LOVED Subspace Emissary! It had a good balance of fighting/action and platforming, and the cinematics were great as well.

I hope that the new SSB on the Wii U has a in-depth adventure mode like this. Not the SAME one but one like it. I hope Megaman will make an apperance!

Yeah; Tabuu's "Off Waves" (The attack he uses when he reveals his wings) are very annoying and it can take a while to figure out how to dodge them.
I liked how Porky was one of the bosses in the game. Being an Earthbound fan, I'm glad Nintendo gave the series some attention in the Smash Bros series after treating the actual games so poorly. Mother 3 was never released in English no matter how much the thousands of fans wanted it, so eventually the fans translated the Japanese version themselves.

There is a high chance Megaman will be in the game. In fact, Capcom said that if Nintendo had simply asked them they could have used some Capcom characters in Brawl. So if Nintendo takes the opportunity you'll probably get to see Megaman and possibly Ryu as well.

And don't forget, Lucas was added as well.
IS THIS A SIGN OF MOTHER 3????????
