Em, you just hold Shift and click inside the R. You don't need to mod/uncomment anything.

Prior to 1.4, you could also access experimental blocks, and set MIDI ports, and others. See Shift Click R on the wiki. I'm looking to replace the [citation needed].

I believe they removed those features in Scratch 1.4.

It does not appear to be there as far as I can tell.

You can acces blocks that are not used, in scratchObjects, ScriptableScratchMorph,Class, obsoleteBlockSpecs, but these are usually things contained within, or easily woked around by existing blocks. I don't know about MIDI ports.
