Can't open my downloaded copy of scratch. Mac OSX

Hello, just joined Scratch and trying to open my download.

File Scratch1.4.dmg.part comes in as a 'Photoshop CS4 document' file type, and launches Photoshop when I try to open it.

What should I open it with ?

The file has .part on the end
Has the download finished?

The downlaod seems finished and the file is a .dmg in the donwload list, but it becomes a .part when I click on it, then opening Photoshop.
The file is 35.3 Mo, and it seems the proper file is 37 Mo.
Still puzzled, would appreciate insight from other Mac users.

try changing the extension to .dmg and see if it works
