You need a paint program that can support .gif files, and then make the different frames, and then upload it to the site.

Gif is a type of image file and an animated Gif is a special kind of Gif image with multiple frames.
You can find animated Gifs online as well, just Google 'animated gif' or you can make your own using a program like Gimp or Photoshop.
I hope that helps

SO, you need to download programs for it? Or can you do it on scratch?

You go to a certain site , click with the right mouse thing on it , save as , and the file will be .gif and upload it on scratch.

Scratch doesn't export multiframe gif files.
Photoshop or Gimp will work.

Try going to makeagif.com . From there you can import photos into their animation maker, and it will make the animation for you. Of course yo have to have the pictures. And as someone said before, you can make the pictures in Gimp or another paint program, but in gimp, you can make an animation straight from there. :p

You can either use the above suggestions about making a .gif in a program, or you can use the "safer" way (Depends on the website you use.) and use an online .gif maker, and just upload separate frames and let it make it into a gif.

If you don't include the name of the picture of what you want, how is google supposed to know what you want?
