Also, I just went in and counted my anime from MyAnimeList (NOTE: this includes ones I haven't finished);  I've seen 32 shonen, 17 seinen, 1 kodomo (which is little kids anime in case you didn't know), and 2 shojo.

After typing this list, I realized snow days cause me to do weird things out of boredom. xD

oh lol XD I've seen 3 shounen, 6 shoujo, and 12 seinen. I haven't seen any kodomo or josei. I don't really like shoujo. I just watch it when I need a stupid distraction, am in a giddy mood, or just want to feel extra lighthearted for a bit. The shounen anime I've watched seems a lot more kodomo to me though. And the seinen- okay, I understand how some of them are seinen (I still like it anyway) 'cause, well, they're kinda ecchi.But the others- I don't understand how they're seinen because they're not ecchi at all and they're actually kinda girly. Like have you seen Clannad or Kanon? That's seinen and everyone I know who likes are girls.

I don't know about Kanon, but I know Clannad was based off a visual novel/dating sim intended for adult men (though it's rated all ages), so that's probably why.

Kanon is one of my faves, you should see it! It's by the same people who did Clannad. Air is also one of my faves and it's by the same people too 

I'll be sure to add it to my "Plan To Watch" list...which is by the way, one of the longest things in existence.

EDIT: By the way, which one should I watch, the original or 2006 version?

Okay, maybe I exaggerated just a little. But that list doesn't include Older Teen/TV-MA anime I want to see but I'm too young for.

LMAO!!! sorry for laughing my guts out...But, no, it's 99% girly! I can't stand it at all. I've seen the first couple episodes and episodes 23-27 of shugo chara doki, but that's it. I can't even finish it XD

Bleh. Sounds too much like Tokyo Mew Mew.  Looks like that's one less anime I have to finish in my lifetime.

awesome    it's one of my faves. And I have a question: what's MyAnimeList for? Is it like a wiki or can you watch episodes or is it literally just for anime lists?

Well, it's a large database of anime, which I used earlier to count the demographics of shows I've watched. The main part is anime/manga lists. There's also a forum but I don't use it. Though if you know a lot about a show, you can add information about it to the database. You can also join clubs and write reviews of anime/manga.

That sounds really cool    I've gone on there already but since I don't have an account it didn't give me a whole lot of info. I hate it when sites ask for emails, does it send a lot?

Cool    I really want to go to a convention but none of my friends are into anime. Well, one of my bff's likes one anime character and another one of my bff's likes chobits, but that's it    my older bros friends little sister goes to conventions, but I never got to go with her    I was too young or something before? Idk, but she's like 16-1/2 so there's a bit of an age difference. We get along and text sometimes but we're not exactly friends so I'm stuck with the internet
