I tried a bunch of projects, and the new scratch 2.0 is super slow in loading. The screen just turns white and then you have to wait like 7 minutes for it to get up the loading bar.
You should report this on the 2.0 forums. Anyways, it's a common bug on Internet Explorer.

Chrome browser. The game, Danger 6, is supposed to have a sprite follow the mouse. It works when it is downloaded.

Hello I'm having a problem with the flash player in the following game:
http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/Brian_Cunnane/3112690
The problem occurs when the sprite touches the first banana. The other sprites disappear or the game goes into it's win condition. I am using Chrome.
The problem does not occur with the downloaded version or with the old java player.
Thanks

The variables aren't reading the large display like I set them to, and they aren't where I put them, they're in the default locations. This happens on both Flash and Java. To see them you either have to type "boy" or "girl" at the beginning. F.Y.I. I'm using Chrome.

Hmm, it would be best to post this on a single thread! Click "Bugs and Glitches" and then "post new topic" - someone should be able to help you out!

Ah, can you try it again, to see if it still happens? We just updated the player to a new version.

A lot of times, I do a command, but the sprites just won't cooperate. They do all sorts of random stuff and it really * me off.
A few weeks later, all my work was erased.
Scratch has been trolling me.

on my project at http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/wolfgirl33/3127461 i programmed to time variable to change by -1 ever 1 second, and for the background to change when it reaches 0, but it changes by -5 every second, and when it hits zero, the background doesn't change.

I think that this is is caused by your scripts, so could you show them or upload your project?

There's a huge problem with the sound. It feels like its being run in slowmotion. Worse, the sprites are acting correctly, and the playing of the voice is starting correctly, so you can hear three voices at once and the wrong thing happening on screen. Could this be because of the i-net connection? Could it be solved if the person downloads it? Please help. All this refers to my first project 'Destination Moon'. :-(

It is because you are changing the time on 5 sprites, therefore the time goes down 5 times per second.
The background isn't changing because you need to put a forever loop round it, so it keeps checking if the time is 0 rather than checking once as soon as 'candy' is broadcasted.
