MezduxVOS - Virtual Operating System
I have created a development test of my new virtual operating system MezduxVOS.
Features:
Navigator (I.E Based web browser)
Diary (Notepad)
About (Information about the VOS)
A log in screen and a lock system menu.
I'm quite proud of it.
Will post download link if anyone wants it?

What's the difference between a real operating system? Is this like a shell that installs on top of Windows?

You got it.
A real operating system is usually installed on a disc, and the Virtual OS runs from a .exe file.
