Experimental viewer?

I was checking out a project, and in the project notes it said it could run in flash, java or experimental viewer. What is this?

Re: Experimental viewer?

It was the first version of the flash player/editor.  It has been retired.

Re: Experimental viewer?

If you're opped in to experimental viewer you can still access it by replaceing /project/ in the URL to /experimental/viewproject/

Re: Experimental viewer?

It was actually very similar to the way 2.0 looks, the most obvious difference being the tabs and the darker theme. I personally like the way the experimental viewer better than the look of 2.0.

Scratch Wiki article for the Experimental Viewer

"I've worked so hard for you and you give me nothing in return. Do you need help... Or do I?"

Re: Experimental viewer?

In my opinion, the experimental viewer looks cooler than the regular.
