Only count views when the project is shared (Scratch 2.0)
Sometimes, people might test a project while they have it unshared, and click the green flag a lot. Later, when they share the project it may have for example, 20 views which were only from the person testing the project. So I think that views should only be counted on a project after it's shared. There's no top viewed anymore. Now it's all top loved and friend's projects. Someone can click the green flag to their heart's content and get millions of views, but it will not get front paged for that, so I don't think that this is necessary.

Still, it can only be viewed by the public when shared, so unshared views shouldn't count.
