To be honest I think Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon have always been a bit one-dimensional. In canon they still don't really have any redeeming qualities, and they spend most of their time harassing the CMC instead of doing something productive with their lives.
It's no wonder they're two of the least popular characters.

That being said, I hope they get an episode revolving specifically around them someday.
