Re: Free iPad app similar to Scratch

thanks veggieman001 and Nomolos, for respecting my writing style.  smile

I am not writing a letter, but usually when you're formal, you're manners match up, so it's just a practice i like.  smile

So, i can use one of those?

Re: Free iPad app similar to Scratch

That is a very cool app!  Was it inspired by Scratch?

I'm having a lot of fun with it...just a few things:

1. You have a lot of spelling errors in your instructions - it would look more professional if those were corrected.

2. I had a little trouble with inserting variable values into places - the toggle between keyboard and variable should maybe be defined with more contrast so that it is not so easily overlooked.

3. Maybe there is control over the background color?  If not, maybe there should be - that black gets kind of depressing after a while.

That's all I have for now...thanks for sharing this with us!

First of all, some people aren't allowed on google(Not that I know if they are or not.) And also, sometimes people want a direct answer. Also, what if the site they go on has a virus too?

Scroll down to the bottom of the app store and click "Redeem". Then, type in the code and press OK. That's it!

Hello, I'm the grammar designer for Dynamic ART. For your idea 3 I suggest the "Clear by color ..." block in Category "Utility". It can color the whole stage into the specified color. You can put this block right after "Startup" to change to a specified background color.

Wish you can have a good time programming on Dynamic ART!

I've just corrected the spelling errors. Thank you for letting us know about them. These corrections will be included in the next version of Dynamic ART.

Well then the world did a long time ago. I've seen someone on scratch who stated that.

Thanks very much for your kindly suggestion. Yes, this app was inspired by Scratch + Logo + processing. We hope it's useful for beginners to study programming.

Yes, this is a native ios app, so I have to use Objective-C. And all the code are written from scratch within several months.

Re: Free iPad app similar to Scratch

I used the first one (9A4...).
It's a really cool app to use. I tried it out a little and easily figured out how to do stuff. However, to do all those cool things you do in the examples will take a little more work. I'll try to figure those out later.

It's a little unpolished (typos and such) but I think it's fine overall.
I tried leaving a review and rating but the App Store wouldn't let me... I'll try again later.
