Er, I don't think all Minecraft plugins are made by the same guy, so it depends on the person who made it, a lot of the popular plugins aren't infected, but as with all files on the internet there will be some bad apples.

Are you in adventure mode for some reason?

If you want something to do while Scratch is down, check out tbgs.tk! It's the new version of the (closed) Scratch TBGS, run by Scratchers! I'm going to spend most of my time there, anyway.

Really?  The last time I checked, I thought glass was unbreakable but you could break glowstone.

I don't think you understand.

If he's in adventure mode it'd explain why he can't place blocks, breaking glass is a test to see if he's in adventure mode, not to see if he can break glass.

You can place blocks in adventure mode, you can't remove them without the correct tools. Glass doesn't need a tool to break.

Easier way to figure it out: if you try to break a block in adventure mode, your hand will only swing once.
