Scratch

Method A:
Try running this in Terminal:

sudo apt-get purge scratch
sudo apt-get -y clean
sudo apt-get -y autoremove
sudo apt-get -y update
sudo apt-get -y upgrade
sudo apt-get -f -y install
sudo apt-get install scratch

What it does:
Completely deletes scratch
Erases old downloaded archive files (it's like clearing the cache of your browser)
It automatically removes unused packages
It updates the list of packages
It updates all your programs
It fixes some stuff it may have missed
Installs scratch

Method B:
If that doesn't work, download this:
Run Scratch!.sh
After downloading it, right-click and choose "Properties"
then under the "Permissions" tab, make sure "Execute: [ ] Allow executing file as program" is ticked
Then double-click it and click on "Run in terminal"
Scratch should now work!

If it STILL doesn't work, sorry, I can't help you, I'm still inexperienced xP
But, try doing Method A, then Method B

EDIT: UPDATE! Try logging out, clicking on the Ubuntu logo beside your username, then click on Ubuntu 2D, then log in.
