Maybe you're projecting your own traits onto others, because I know that I am not a liar and everything I say on the Internet is the absolute and holy truth, and I am personally insulted that you would make that assumption.

Uh nerf and paintball are two completely different things.
Nerf is way out of paintball's league

You're comparing children's toys that eject foam projectiles at disgracing low ranges
To a sporting good that ejects fragile plastic-cased balls of pure pigment at incredible blazing velocities.

I also play airsoft (well not really I have two guns that I only use for plinking).
But that's also way out of paintball's league.

(not hating on nerf BTW, i actually am a nerf fan, it's just way different than paintball)

I didn't mean like how the bullets get fired and stuff because i know that paintball guns are much stronger than nerf guns and shoot farther but i meant like how it's actually played.

Even without the massive difference in ammo-design and shooting velocity.

Paintball is a hardcore sport. It's not a fun little game that little kids play. It's not laser tag. Paintball is fast paced, you move quickly, you strike quickly.

Airsoft is also definitely different. Airsoft is, unlike paintball, more slow paced and the whole point is stealth and tactical strategy. You really have to know your environment and stay alert. Plus the guns actually resemble real guns, paintball guns do not (actually some do but most don't). Also airsoft is more of a hobby, than a sport, I think.

Nerf is just a way for kids to get started before they transgress into bigger things like airsoft or paintball.

True, i haven't really played since I was like 7 or 8

I love paintballing. I've only ever "paintballed" maybe 15 times, but I loved every second.
I have a Spyder MR1.
I unfortunately haven't played in the longest of times, though. :c
