To upload your games there is an orange button with an arrow on it in the top left of your screen. Click that and then type in the stuff that it asks you. Then it should upload to the scratch website.

First, (obviously) script the game. You can find some interesting tutorials on YouTube or check out some very basic tutorials here. Next, upload your game by clicking the upload button on top of the Scratch window. It's very noticeable, you can't miss it. Next, add a title and description (formally called Project Notes) and maybe some tags. Next, post it, and wait for it to say "Your project has been uploaded at scratch.mit.edu".
And then you're basically done. Hope this helped.
