Switching Version Mid-Project

I am in the middle of working on a project using Scratch Version 1.3.1.

I just downloaded the new version, and there is not enough space left on my computer to keep both versions, so am thinking of deleting Scratch 1.3.1.

I wanted to know if I would still be able to work on my project (which I started on Version 1.3.1) on the new version, if I delete the old version.

Thanks!

Re: Switching Version Mid-Project

You can still work on it, as long as you don't delete the project. I would copy all of the projects from Scratch 1.3.1 to 1.4. Then uninstall 1.3.1.

Re: Switching Version Mid-Project

Scratch 1.4 installer makes a folder called "Scratch Projects" in My Documents on Windows and in Documents on Mac, and when you uninstall 1.3.1 on Windows, it doesn't delete your projects.

Re: Switching Version Mid-Project

When I downloaded 1.4 RC, the computer automatically erased 1.3.1 and all my projects were still there, they just were in the folder now labelled 'examples'

A Life? Cool! Where can I download one of those from?
