There's plenty of ways to get some version of Scratch to work on Android, for example the online 2.0 Scratch which runs in Flash, or Snap 4.0.
One recurring problem seems to be that most block inputs don't activate the on-screen keyboard, so I thought this would be very useful.
Hacker's Keyboard
Allows you to add a permanent notification that, when clicked, brings up the keyboard at any time, in any application. I've been having success with it in many places, even using the keyboard for running Linux inside Android tablets, etc.
