You can upload a project by clicking the Share button at the top of the screen. Select upload from the menu that shows up, and Scratch will do the rest.
Why are the secret organizations getting all the attention?

Near the top left of your Scratch window, you should see a yellow icon with a white arrow on it. You can click that to upload your game. Make sure you type your login+password and give you project a name, description, tags etc.
