Also, simply to annoy the teacher, I'm not doing *any* of the assignments in the suggested program. I made a "powerpoint" in rvl.io, and a "word document" in Google Docs.
Which, obviously, required ignoring the - get this - IE6 install and getting firefox on it.
We have a technology club at school however, where you can do pretty much what you want. Fun.

Just passed Grade 9 Business so I'm going to update:
The second day, we spent ten minutes to learn to turn on the computer and open IE.
The third day, I learned how to open Google Chrome on my new school's computers.
Every other day, we learned how to use Microsoft Office
Sometimes we did work in Adobe Dreamweaver/Fireworks and that was great because I didn't know either of those programs!

Me too in 8th grade! Such a good excuse to play around with Scratch, plus I made the hugest game I ever made. You know the kind that's kinda simple scripts and basic concept, but such a long complicated game that it takes forever to code and debug
I'm taking Cert II in IDMT (Information Digital Media Technology), and it's still pretty easy...
My last assignment was taking a picture of ports on my computer, unplugged and plugged...

Wut.
Aside from Computer class being keyboard class, my school has different filepaths then I'm used to so I always seem dumb trying to find something in the wrong section.

IKR?
Later in the year I get to take apart a computer though... probably the most exciting thing I'll do in the whole course :PPP
That's why I'm doing the 2 year course in 1 year (hopefully)
