Well. i am having major problems with the navigation.
It's going to get extremely complicated if i do it my way, and yet, i feel like there's GOT to be another way... You see, when i design an RPG level, i think big and awesome...which presents problems. Once i get the basics done, i will post the first three places in it and see if any of y'all can tell me a better way to navigate.
OR, if sparky wants to, we can make it a scroller. I don't exactly know how to do that either, but i think it would be easier and cooler.

Yeah you could do a scroller if you know how. It doesn't really matter about the navigation, the most important part is the ideas and design.

Good, because design is what i am best at.
I don't know how to do a scroller, but I'm pretty sure it's easier than a map system... Or at least, i think. Your choice.

Wow, i had no idea i was assigned to head scripter... well, ok. I am up to the challenge, though i am also working on another project at the moment.
Okay, i will download the link moving and attacking project and see what i can do.
NOTICE: I would like to help y'all out, but more as a helper, because i have another large project going on. I AM NOT YET AN ARTIST, and can only do simple decoration sprites(like plants and rocks).
I will use cubes to represent the bad guys.

I'll mess around with some scripts later, and see if I can get a proper scrolling engine down. I've been able to accomplish them when im programming for pokemon, so it should be fairly simple. I just have hard times with sensors.

Ok everyone here are some messages to people:
CAA14- Don't worry about the enemy engine, we don't need that yet although it is a very good start. You have a new task on the to-do-list. P.S because sparky is inactive he appointed me as temporary leader so you don't really need to look at the first to-do-list because it isn't being updated.
popopobob- Yeah ok that's fine, good luck on the scroller engine. It shouldn't be a constant scroller though, just when Link touches the edge he should move to the next background.
GameGuy64- Well... We need a lot of NPC's (Non-player characters) so you could find a few from here and edit them and put them in a project. HOWEVER, we don't want the moving costumes. Just the one's that are standing still.

Animate the story
Create Link's movement
Create dialog box
Design Link's village
Design the Dark forest, Death mountain and Twisted forest
Design the first temple, second and third
Animate first temple boss, second, third and the final boss
Find some mini-bosses
Design enemies
Make scroller engine
Find NPC's (Non-player characters)
Create talking engine (if touching person and t key pressed-talk)
Create a universal door engine (if touching door, go inside)
Create fighting engine
Put it all together (the hardest task in any game XD)
#KEY-
Complete=Green text
Incomplete=Blue text
Needs to be done=Red text

Yep that's fine! You don't have to do the goron sprites if you don't want to. I was just out of ideas for what to give you. Of course you can make the soundtrack!

They are all really good and all really Zelda-ish but I just figured that we have a problem. The soundtracks take up 5.7mb and the limit is 10mb. What do we do?
