Near Earth Asteroid DA14
It's a relatively large asteroid which will pass quite close to Earth on February 15, 2013 at 19:25 Universal Time. About thirty minutes from now.
This will be the closest such object of this size has reached a point this close to Earth, missing by a mere 27700 km.

It's a different one. Much smaller, only 15 metres in diameter, and unrelated to this. The asteroid DA14 is still approaching and will pass closest to Earth in around twenty minutes.
