Boss Ideas for game?

Hello I have a prototype of a game called hen vs ultimate chimera (Name may change) but I need ideas for bosses that are weaker than the ultimate chimera. I want to have it in a style simular to the legend of zelda franchise bosses.

I am aware the chimera is extremly hard to beat but he will be one of the final bosses  wink .

You could use mythical creatures.

You could use a wyverns, dragons, unicorns, hydras sea serpents, Pegasi, etc.
You could also use a Phoenix as one of the strongest bosses.

Maybe the first boss could be a human very big, strong and evil… Then, monsters and mythological beasts.

here are some bosses that are gonna be in my game (not telling final boss)a cloud, but with a twist, a dinosaur of some sort a bird of some sort. hope this helped.
P.S
make your later bosses harder by making them multi-phased
