What is a Scratch OS?

Hi,

I am wondering, because I've seen "Make an OS!" And similar things,

An OS is an operating system, like Windows, Mac, or Linux. A "Scratch OS" is an OS made in Scratch. Of course, it is very limited, and cannot do what a real OS would do.
