Wait I just read on Gameinformer what happened. This is stupid, the game is non-profit and voluntary, but it still gets shut down.

The only problem I have with alicorn Twilight is that it will need to change the structure of the show and I fear it may be for the worse. I still remain optimistic, however, unlike many others.

Yup.
I'm sure they'll find ways to make sure Twilight isn't a Mary Sue. She'll still need to learn about her new powers, and they may ramp up the difficulty of her tasks too.
