I'm pretty sure that it's impossible to convert a scratchblock into a PDF, unless your talking about it's physical code, which can take a bit of digging around to get. Anyway, if you don't mind telling, what did you need this for?

Figured it out.... You right click on the space where you put the scripts and click Export scripts as PDF. I needed to use it for a welcome to scratch project, which is here: http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/jkl0l/3109609
