PART ONE; In the beginning                                                                                                                                                                   This is a tale of warping and bending time. However, it begins in the present.                                           And now let us begin. NOTE ; Made by Dets65 and under development.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            In a country they call the US, there lives a family in a town they called (and still do today) Duluth.         Or, at least near it. In truth, they lived out in a prairie out about 12 miles from Duluth. Still, they go to Duluth nearly every day. However, local scientists were shocked by a coming event. 
They had found a storm of tachyons (they correctly described that tachyons are particles that exceed the speed of light)  coming from about 3001 C.E (You see, tachyons travel backwards in time, not forwards.) heading to Duluth, concentrated in a spot identified as the families house. 
And once they got there,  They took on a swirling motion. The house began to rotate itself, and over night it brushed the speed of light.
It began to (relativistically) go forward in time much faster than normal. And then it landed at about 3001 C.E. And in the middle of all of this, The mother of the kids and Don's wife Mary, naturally got extremely nauseated and queer. The kids, Sally and Ben were much too exited to go to bed, And Don, the dad of the family was as always watching a game of sports.    In short, it was a chaotic night. Finally, At least Sally came to her senses, and exclaimed “Everyone stop talking!” Of course, nothing happened.  Mary softly said “Honey, sometimes you can't do anything about stuff.” Don said “If you come watch the big game with me, I'll cooperate.”    Of course, Sally refused to Don, and forgot all about it. Ben was finally getting ready for bed, and perhaps the tiredness is what made this all chaotic.
And then Don looked out the window, and saw what vaguely looked like a tower being constructed right before his eyes. And he saw it age. No one believed  him. 
But then they tried to look outside, and found that Don was right.   Finally, the house stopped, and the tower looked fresh and new, despite Don seeing it age moments ago. “Must have been rebuilt,” Don said. Everyone agreed. 
And yet the night in the present was not yet over, it was a beautiful shining day in the future they were in. What they did not know is that they were in the middle of a capital of a great nation, both being called Chen'em.   
Quickly they noticed a gate with two robotic guards. One said “We are the guards of the great city of Chen'em.” Another said “Do not attempt to irritate us.” So they asked the guards if they would let them in. One of the robots said that “Scanning... Not in database.” The robot replied saying “Where are you from?” Don said “Duluth.” Then the same robot said “Duluth... Error 378: Location not in database. You can go in, but once you commit an act of offense, you will be terminated.” “Are those robots mean?” said Ben. Don replied with a simple   “It depends on the way you look at it.” They walked in, only to find this extravagant temple ten times more extravagant than they ever thought it would. And they found gates.   
Each one had the name of a time period on it, formatted with the earliest ones the farthest left. Every gate was quite large, much larger then any gate they had ever seen. They checked and found one leading to 2013. But the more stunning (but perhaps less important) thing that they had noticed was a man, rather a cyborg, on a large throne. 
The moment the man gazed at the family he said “HALT! Who shall pass?” with a menacing voice. Don (who now I shall reveal has the last name Dickerly) said “Uhh, the Dickerly family, sir.” The man in the throne replied with a “HAH! No one says SIR out of all things anymore!” In a, again, quite menacing voice.   
“Oh, and did I say that my name is Leonard the fifth? RULER OF ALL CHEN'EM?” The man in the throne said. Don said “Have you been into any wars lately?” as Sally shivered in fear. Leonardo said quite honestly, as he was about to befriend all of the Dickerly family, said “Oh, no. I am simply a playful soul you see.”     
That made Sally a bit more relieved, and it had answered Don's question. Over all, Leonardo's statement did what it intended to do.
Then Ben became curious to what lies behind the gates. Mary said to Ben, in response, “That is for a later time, sweetie.” And things were only getting tamer and more boring until Ben let go of Mary's arms and dashed towards the gates. Namely, the one that said  2560 B.C. Getting closer, Don found that it also said Ross 24 I. But he did not care, and Don left Mary and Sally to take care of themselves to  find Ben.




PART TWO; The journey to find Ben (And learn more about Ross 24 I/Noction.)

Don noticed that he seemed to be going by planets on the way through. (He was quite perplexed). Then he found that this planet was like a jungle mixed with desert. It had a brown-yellow sky, and there was the glimmer of rings high above.
There were few plants, but the ones that were there had unusually large leaves. There were also small very green puddles of what looked like water here and there, covered with more moss then one would ever find on Earth. Under closer inspection, he found that there were tiny moss-eating creatures.
Don looked up and was quite scared when he saw Ben staring at him. Then Ben said “I call those little monsters Moss-cleaners.” Don said back “Oh, well you know mom hates moss.” After a very long, and boring time, they decided to call the planet they were on Noction.
Finally, Leonardo  stepped in briskly through the gate. He said “How pleasant to find you here! Is there anything you want?” “No,” said Don. Then Don said “Frankly, we should be back at Chen'em.” Leonardo replied “Yes, quite possibly it is.”. Ben somehow agreed.
Then they stepped though the gate and met back up with Mary. Apparently, for her, it seemed like they were gone for an Extremely long time. Leonardo said “For some unexplained reason, being in the gates takes very long for someone on the other side.”.
Mary stopped complaining at that very moment, but  stared in disapproval at  Leonardo. Then Leonardo said “I need to show you something.” He stepped into a gate that went to to 2756 C.E. Once the family was all inside, Leonardo said “This, This was the glorious time that my ancestor, Octavian III Invented time travel. The gate still standing in the tower of Chen'em is the oldest one surviving, and the first in all the lands. The 28'th century was a glorious time indeed.” They were right next to a great, open-air throne, with crowds cheering in all directions, and Octavian himself standing nearby. Soon they went back to 3001 C.E, knowing that the future was a great one indeed. .
PART THREE ; PROBLEMS ON NOCTION
