Scratch

This actually sounds like a really nice idea! Scratchers often get into "Idea Block", and they can't think of any ideas, so they sit around doing nothing. With this, they could pick up an idea and start working on it, so I think that this actually could be very nice. Do you mind if later on, I might pick it up and make an official "Idea Base" ?
