Serious Concern about Collaboration!

So I've been reading around and I found out that all of our forum posts will be gone in 2.0. No, I'm not going to complain about rank or any of that, but, seriously, if this happens it may cause a huge problem with collaborations. If I had a collaboration going, and 2.0 came  out, I'd have to create a new topic for it, meaning that all the members will have to be lucky enough to find it and rejoin. What if only half the original people came back? It could cause serious problems, especially on scratch, a website where you cant give out your email or anything like that. I think that this is a serious issue for long collaborations, also because we won't know when 2.0 comes out. I think that we should have some way to continue our old threads, OR, when I start the new topic for the collab, i can mark it as a continuation of the original thread, that way all people who have posted on it will get some kind of notification.

If they don't rejoin, then what's the big deal? You might get different people to replace them, and also, if you really want to notify the people then just comment on their projects.
