Or Slenderman.
Slendy and Slenderman work for me but Slender is just wrong.

you can call it whatever you want its still the same character
personally i think "slendy" is too cutesy for the originally dark, menacing creature

"slendy" is differently represented by every person
i look at slenderman as a merciless monster who eats children to survive while you may think of it as some sort of soft misunderstood guy who just wants to make friends

I think he's a creature who really doesn't have much sense, but is more a clueless creature who isn't aware of what's right and what's wrong, thus he does such horrible things.
