Uncredited Remix
There was a scratcher(scratcherA) who made a project. It got remixed by another scratcher(scratcherB). Scratcher B did not give credit and even locked the comments...
What should be done about this?

You could comment on another project of theirs and tell them to give credit or just flag it and write that they stole credit in the reason box.

Does ScratcherB's project say "based on ScratcherA's project ___ etc."?

But wouldn't that be spamming to comment on another project for that? Besides, this is not a copy. It is a remix, but it is uncredited. No need to flag...
