in one of my projects, if i klick the green flag to start it, it lags and doesn't work well. but if i klick on each script one by one and enable all of them, it runs much better and smoother, almost perfectly.
EDIT: ok i think i found what causes the problem... when i open the project in 1.3.1 and save it, it works just fine. then i open the same project in 1.4 and it works fine. but when i save the project in 1.4, it starts to lag like hell. so the problem should be with the save feature of 1.4... so i'll be working in 1.4 and resaving it in 1.3.1 ^^
EDIT2: after further checking the problem, i can say that saving feature of scratch in general is somewhat buggy... anyway, in order for my project to work properly i have to save it at least twice. and btw, i had a problem when i had to upload a project twice so it would work properly
EDIT3xD: actually, the number of saves has to be even

i dont know what may be causing your problem but instead of using the green flag use the enter key. also do you have alot of music in your project? try compressing. to compress go to extras then go to compress sounds and i would say put it on normal or low. then go to extras and click compress images and put it to around 86 that should make it easier.

nope, no sounds at all
at first i thought it was because of the forever if and if blocks, but it's not that either... there are about 11 scripts currently in the project
and the enter key does the same problem

The problem might be that you still have 1.4RC?
