Escape the box 2- Information on the game many have requested.

http://imageshack.us/a/img834/1406/escapethebox.png
This is what many of you will have seen after playing my featured game: "Escape the Box". But many of you wanted more. Or you wanted something to change. I was so happy at the reception of my game, which I had only intended to be a smaller part of a bigger project, that I decided a sequel was in order! And to stop you asking for it, I decided to give it a forum page! Here I will announce any features I am planning. So without further ado, for your pleasure, I will reveal some secrets about my upcoming game:

The following features will be in the sequel:
+ Made in scratch 2.0
+ A fusion of my own and zxz1661's sensing to reduce any glitches without losing the game's "feel"
+ An explanation as to what the pink goo really does!
+ A proper storyline!
+ 2 epic boss levels!
+ A new friend!
+ A new enemy!

The following features might be in the sequel:
? A skip level feature!
? Particles!
? The ball rolling along when moving, instead of staying upright all the time.
? New music!
? Bouncy trampolines!

The following features are not planned for the sequel:
- Powerups.
- The removal of the "rolling off platforms" feature/bug. Sorry, he's a ball.
- Wall jumping!
- Impossibility! I will make sure to play (and win) my game beforehand so nobody can make that complaint!
- A time limit.
- Advanced sensing. Although I know how to do this, I can't be bothered, so the sequel will probably use the same "if touching colour" sensing method.

Feel free to comment and leave suggestions or inspiration in the comments below! And also, please help me decide which of the things which might make it in should be moved to the will or won't get in lists!
~Brinjal

Looking forward to it. Good job, and keep up the good work.

You might want to add in difficulty settings. You old sensing could be used as a "hard" setting. Resetting the boss if you get "gooed" would also add challenge.

wow! i think this is really good, because some levels are quite difficult to get past , so the skip level button would be good.   smile   smile    cool

Umm... I don't think the old sensing would make it harder, just more glitchy. Reseting the boss could be a challenge! But if you really want to challenge yourself, you could try not using the skips! Either way, any thoughts on which of the "maybes" should make it into the game?

I hope you enjoy it! Just wondering, do you think you should be able to earn skips by completing certain levels?

I think, as far as the skips go, you should be able to get medals on levels for completeing them under a certain speed. You can trade your medals in for "skips". That way, you couldn't have infinite skips and it would still be a challenge to get them.

Sounds good!
Another plan I had was that some (or all) levels would have an object in a hard to reach place which gives you a skip.

That sounds like a cool idea! Thanks!
But what I need more than new ideas is which of the ideas that are maybe going to get in I should add!
