I have been wanting to make a iPhone app for the loges time and scratch is very easy to develop games and wondered if there was any way i could use scratch to make apps

No.
One part of this is that to submit an app to the iOS App Store, you need to be a developer, which costs $99 per year, and so most people don't have that.
Also Scratch currently doesn't export to other file types.
There are some converters made by other people though, but none to iOS apps.
(Oh yeah and also you need a mac which some people don't have.)

Yeah, what she said.
And PLLLEEEAAASSEEE read the Guidelines for Questions about Scratch/Suggestions. It EXPLICITLY gives a link concerning all Scratch app topics. This is like, the 5 in a month.

You should watch your s finger to make sure it doesn't type random s's. "he" does not have an s in it, unlike "she".
