How do I get my project to show date/time?

Is there a way to create a date/time stamp that would show within my project window and could not be modified by the user?

There are no blocks which generate a date/time stamp. It's a variable which the user could initialize by being prompted but then you're asking the user to enter something and that can go anywhere.

Actually, there is one...
somewhere...
in 2.0
Under Sensing.
It shows the days since Scratch started, and different units of time.  You can program it to show the date and time.
