# of ideas: 3-4
Ideas on: A New Game maybe a bit of a role playing game.
Description:
Anything else:Quite simple to code please, I love making games but i am not a extremly great coder.
Okay, so here are some ideas:
1). Deep in cowboy territory, in the tiny prosperous town of Little River, there's been a hussel-up in town and a bandit on the loose, ready to do more daring deeds at any moment. Now, it's your job as the sheriff of the town to seek out the outlaw and send him to jail.
Note: You could make this game so that you just try and find the bandit, or where the bandit is constantly moving and you still have to find him. Or instead of the Wild West and a bandit, how about the Caribbean and a pirate?
2). I haven't seen many good lego projects, so how about making a lego project based on some already existing lego game, or why not make your own up? Also, why not make a project based on your favorite story, or the such?
3). You've always liked to be near the ocean, and one day, good luck strikes you. So, you're testing a submarine off of the coast of London. For several days, you just do a few simple things, and everything runs smoothly, though on the fifth day, a leak springs and the submarines starts sinking! So, either:
a). Try and get to the life-preserve units before you drown.
b). Traverse the submarine, find as many people and items as you can, and get out of the submarine before the place sinks.
Note: If you want to, you could start the game off a bit before the submarine's sinking so as to give the player some experience with your game before the action starts.
I hope that you like my ideas!

May I have some ideas for apps, a name, and a a layout for a new OS?
Okayc so here are some app ideas:
1). An ordinary clock.
2). An organized calendar.
3). A simple stopwatch.
4). A nice timer.
5). A helpful calculator.
6). A notes program (like Microsoft Word).
7). Settings.
8). Limited Internet with a few pages.
9). A collection of funny jokes.
10). A 15-Puzzle (Use Google if you don't know what this is.)
11). A nice platformer.
12). A paint editor.
13). An interactive map of the world.
14). A music player.
15). Desktop Destroyer. Here, you get to use various weapons to destroy your computer.
16). Pac-Man or a Tower Defense game.
17). A creative, music-composing program.
Here are some nice name ideas:
1). Primeir OS
2). OS Scratch
3). Deluxe Operating Systems
Also, here's a possible interface layout:
1). Basically have the screen full of the applications, though in the middle, there should be a space where a user can drag&drop apps that they want there, or they could be predetermined.
I hope that you like my ideas!

Wow nice ideas! I should get started!

Do you have any ideas for METAL 2?
Well, yes, I do. Here are some that you could consider:
1). Moving Obstacles. Having stationary (or non-moving) obstacles can get a tiny bit repetitive after awhile.
2). An environment that you can interact with. It doesn't have to be much, though you could let the player open chests with X or have some plants that sway a bit whenever you walk past them.
3). How about some timed levels? This would add some nice diversity to some of the levels. Also, remember that you don't have to have this as in a timer. You could have an ocean of lava fill the level after some time.
4). Maybe there could be a scoring system that gives you a score at the end, based on your deaths and the time taken?
5). Also, you could add in some bonus levels which can only be gotten through special codes, hidden throughout the levels. You could even hide one behind a giant, swinging ax.
6). A score board. You could add this in the project notes, or if you do this in Scratch 2.0, then you could do this through cloud variables.
I hope that you like my ideas!
Thx for the ideas!

Well, today was a bad day. It's late, though before I go, how about a game engine where you can record time, going back each time so that you're basically making clones of yourself doing what you did in the "past"?
If you're a bit confused by that, Wikipedia (from Ratchet&Clank Future: A Crack in Time) might explain it better:Okay, so here are three more ideas for you to look at:
1). This is a bit simple, though how about creating a game enginge where you can draw platforms? Also, as an extra challenge, how about you make the platform out of dirt, and adding the occasional plant growing on it?
2). Again a little bit simple, though this would be unique to Scratch as far as I know; how about a scrolling platformer engine where you can drive a car? Also, you could add in a helicopter.
3). A game (possibly platformer) engine where you're able to spawn blakc holes and white holes. Just as a heads up, you'll probably have to use lists here.
I hope that you like my ideas!Any others? I kind of want to mod zubblewu's platformer base to make cool utilities and such for the character.
This is a bit late, but yes. Here are two more:
1). I haven't seen any of these on Scratch, so how about making an engine that supports water physics?
2). Remember my suggestion to make a car game-engine earlier? How about a skateboard one as well as a helicopter? Don't forge that you could also do other vehicles, like planes and bicycles.
3). How about a nice trampoline engine?
4). This wouldn't be much, but how about adding in some scenery, an enemy that you have to hide from, and some objects that you can hide behind and maybe even move while hiding in them?

Hey ErnieParke,
I want to make a new project in half term but I don't know what to make...
I'm good with platformers and I like animating and designing, I know this isn't a lot to go on but do you have any ideas for a new game/animation?
I could make the Legend of Bod part three becuase I've made one and two but would you have any ideas for them?
Thanks!

To add on; I just got a brand-new laptop today and I've been getting it ready for use later on, so I haven't had much time. I'll get you your ideas tomorrow.

Yeah it's my school half term, basically one week (I live in England)
Well then, I have a somewhat simple idea (plus two more) for you:
1). It's December 21, 2012 and Dooms Day has come. Now, as you walk out of your house, the sky darkens, clouds burst from nowhere, and your house is violently crushed by a meteoroid. Also, more are following that, cars are flying through the air, and random lasers pierce the air. Now, try and survive the oncoming dangers in your bid to stay alive.
2). I've already made this, but how about an achievement-get game where you try and get every achievement?
3). How about a Popcorn Stand game where you have 30 days and try and make as much money as possible? Remember, there should be weather factors, a set table price, and the ability to make your own unique popcorn by changing the amout of butter, salt, popcorn, ect...
If you're wondering, I got this last idea from Coffee Shop. Also, I'll get you some ideas for Bod III soon. ;)
I hope that you like my ideas!

The bad thing with the music player is that it takes too much space. In the OS's I've created in the past, it would have like 4-5 apps and go over the 10 MB limit because of the 4-5 songs.
