If you're talking about the 49ers last play in the redzone, then the Ravens guy was holding Crabtree and Crabtree pushed him down on the helmet, so they couldn't really call a penalty on anybody and have it be fair.
Anyway, it was a great game. It came down to the last second.

Yeah, that play sort of angered Jim a bit. 
The only reason the Ravens didn't blow this game out of the water was that power outage. It's amazing how something like that can completely change the outcome of a game.
Why are the secret organizations getting all the attention?

The Ref is the final call, all calls he makes and doesn't make are entirely "legit", so yes it is. You are not a professional referee.
