I don't know what it's called, but some people have like, 'messages' on their profile page, above their country. How do you add that to your page?

Well this is actually simple. All you do is instead of typing your city and state/providence in those slots, just type in a message.
I hope that this answers your question!

I know that's how you do it, but I can't type in a city/state/providence, I can only select my country from a dropdown menu.

Hmmm... for me I seem to be able to select my city as well as my state/providence, and from there type in the what I want. Are you 100% sure you can't just click on your city or your state/providence and type in there?

Nope, I cant type anything. I was guessing you had to be 13 to type it in, but I turned 13 last week, and I still can't type.

it's because you made that empty, and if it's empty you won't be able to put something in it unless you inspect element and do so.
What do you mean I made it empty?

If you didn't put it in when registering. Anyways, here's how to change it, using the country:
Try to change the country. You'll get a dropdown. Right click on the dropdown and select inspect element, if it exists in your browser. Otherwise, use Firefox or Chrome. You'll see several <option value="COUNTRYNAME">COUNTRYNAME</option>. Double-clicking on the first COUNTRYNAME should let you edit it. Type in your message and press enter. Then select it from the dropdown. Note that it will still appear as the original thing. Remember to change the one that says value="COUNTRYNAME". Submit. You're done!
