NNN Special Broadcast
Good day. The date is Thursday, January 31, 2013.
We apologize for the lack of regularity over the last few days, as the netherworld has been streaming with a large number of souls, and extra regulation has been required at the entrance gates.
Today’s victims will be drained of blood and hung from the ceiling of their rooms, while the rest of their family is away from home.
Today, Pandora’s Box has a 34% chance of appearing.

I suppose it's Hell's PA.
Not as much ring to it as Hell's Kitchen.
I'm glad to think that the community will always be kind and helpful, the language will always be a fun and easy way to be introduced into programming, the motto will always be: Imagine, Program, Share - Nomolos

Well I just didn't see what else there was too discuss so the only logical response seemed to be to the question "what is this"

Sounded like it could be a cool tabletop RPG set in Hell whenever I saw those parts.
Actually, I think that's the point with the whole dice reference
