Lucario Level 46
and
Excadrill Level 46
You may have some difficulty, but if you do, just constantly battle pokemon breeders to grind.

I actually have been having absolutely no difficulty.

It's just Chikorita with a different body...

The last gym leader has a lv.51 pokemon, but I'm sure you'll be fine.

Yeah, just keep using Serperior!
You might want to pick up an electric type somewhere though.

What is Diggy? A Dugtrio or something?

It looks like a Chikorita hater melted it, or it's evolving into a Ditto.... O.o

Beat him with ease.
And surprisingly I didn't even use my Serperior. O.o

Should I get pokemon black/white 2? I've got pokemon white (which is awesome ) but is it worth getting the second?
Sure, I'm on the verge of beating Black 2 currently, and it was pretty fun.
So yes, I recommend it.

That's a well-rounded team and you seem to have alot of types covered. I think you'd need an Electric, Dark (Lucario may be able to learn Dark moves actually) or Poison type.

I wonder if someone's ever gone through any of the games with only 3 pokemon or just the starter?

Who else agrees that kangaskhan should evolve after a while, into a kangaskhan with no baby and the baby partly grown up? And what about a male one that will only breed with empty-pouched ones, and instead of producing an egg, the pouch is refilled?
Just a thought.

I've been looking at theories online about how cubone might be a baby kangaskhan. I don't think this would work since some little kids might cry if their kangaskhan dies or something.

Yes. Black 2 is really fun, I'm not that far in, but it's great. Sort of similar to Black 1, but with a lot of changes. I'd recommend Snivy for your starter, if you want a Fire type you might want to pick up a Growlithe. Also catch Scraggy, he's a great Fighting type.

Lucario is a good alternative to Scraggy.

Scraggy is great, but I don't think he is the greatest for the story because of his very high level requirement for evolving.

A Sandile is a great alternative to Scraggy.
And also a great asset against poison types.

Yeah I saw that, like there was supposed to be this pokemon but they removed it at the last minute so now it's called Missingno and since they took the sprite out but not the code it's a glitch but some think it was the baby kangaskhan called kangaschan. Then if it's holding a kangashkan skull it'll become Cubone, otherwise it'll be a kangaskhan with a puch if it's a girl and one without if it's a boy

Why is that an eww? You might as well remove eggs if that's eww... It's the same exact thing pretty much.

I found a pretty cool remix of Team Rocket's theme (For Gen II) in a Team Plasma sorta style, and it was pretty cool. If you want to listen to it, here you go.
