I have the 2013 book of World Records, and the Bugatti Veyron 16.4 SS goes 267 mph, the Henessey Venom GT goes 260 mph. The Veyron is legal, and goes faster by 7 mph. Also, in a year or two, Bugatti will be releasing the Bugatti SuperVeyron, wich is predicted to go 287 mph. Then again, the SS was only supposed to go 258, so who knows?
As for my favorite car, that would be this.
