importing youtube video

Can a youtube video be put into a Scratch project?  If so, please give me the steps to do this.  Thanks!

No, but you can use a Youtube to Gif convertor like Gifsoup to make a .gif file, then import the .gif into the project.

Well, you can't import a direct video into Scratch. But like Mokat said above me, you could make a gif, then import the sound.
