Scratch

This is my collab for the ponification of Scratch. Wasn't Neigh an awesome idea? We should make Neigh a reality! Just put Scratch Cat in the Animals sprite costume section and make Neigh Pony as default, do a few code tweaks and voila! We need Neigh to work.
How I'll do it:
Collect a bunch of people who are willing to help.
Make Neigh-loving projects.
Love and fave our projects.
Talk about the changes that will be made if we win.

Now these are the changes:
Scratcher will be replaced with "Pony," and words will be ponified. (e.g. everypony, bropony, etc.)
Scratch will be replaced with Neigh.
Neigh pony will no longer resemble a cat, and fully become a pony, with an N cutie mark.
Word filters will be placed on everything but posts, comments, etc.
There will be pony creators on every Pasture Monitor (community mod) and Neigh Herd Leader's (Scratch team) profile.
You will have a Ponysona at the top of your profile page, created using a pony creator, with pony filters to make sure it's a pony!
