Magic Wand Tool

Hello. I just thought of something That definetetely needs to be included in a future update: a magic wand tool. Something in the paint editor to select a large portion of an image of a solid color. This could help with editing an imported photo better. Does Any one agree?

Re: Magic Wand Tool

Hmm, I'm not sure, Scratch isn't all about the paint editor and I don't know if this would be especially useful. After all, this can be done easily in another paint program, I don't think it's needed for Scratch.

Re: Magic Wand Tool

You can just edit it in another program. Scratch isn't just for making sprites, and it's meant to be easy for young beginners to use.

Re: Magic Wand Tool

I agree with the thought of having the magic wand tool, but also with that it would be more confusing. I got a picture editor called pixlmater for free for a school class. (very complex). I can just edit my photo in Pixlmater, but it would save time if it was just available in Scratch

another tool in the belt for scratchers
mabey a beginers version and a more advanced version of scratch?
