Citizens (meaning the Witch Doctor, his cow, and the witches,) as well as NoLagg have been temporarily disabled.  Citizens is broken (happens occasionally,) and NoLagg requires BKCommonLib, which requires the latest dev build of bukkit.  I like to stay on beta builds, so we'll just wait for 1.4.7-R0.2 Beta before bringing those back.

Unlike other servers,you have to wait until the owner goes online and see you post 'whitelist.'

Lolwut.  Impatient much?  Anyway, I check the MaC like ten times a day so you wouldn't have to wait that long.  Also, are you requesting to be whitelisted?  If so, please state your minecraft username and desired penguin color.

No, it just increases the roleplay.  The skin change is automatic to people who use the mod.  We no longer use manual skin changing when playing.

when you first join.
