Not the city sim, but I'll do the air traffic controller.
GAME:
Originality: 7/10: Seen things like this. Also, the 3D tennis isn't too original
Addictiveness/replayability: 2/10--What am I supposed to do?
Sounds: 4/5--Fitting.
Graphics: 1/5--Improve them a LOT. The planes look like blobs with diagonal sticks.
Smoothness of scripts: 3/10--Not sure if the scripts did what they're supposed to, VERY laggy.
Any bugs/glitches: 4/10--Plane did nothing when I clicked it and used arrow keys
Length (too long/too short): N/A
Ease of use: 1/10--What was I supposed to do? Long and lengthy instructions that were too complicated.
Plot: 6/10--No real plot.
My comments: 13/20
Mm.... Hard to say. Hard-to-follow instructions, but good scripts and idea.
SCORE: 41/90
PERCENTAGE: 45.56%

Fair enough, and doesn't G:4013 count because it's a simulator or because you are worried it'll score too high and you'll look like a reviewer with a soft spot

I'm busy. I've heard it can take about 30 minutes, and I only allow 5 min/review.
Not worried it'll score too high, don't worry. I can be very critical.

Then play for 5 mins I'll even list the features you'd only see when playing a good 30 mins:
+Different songs play each time you start build mode.
+God Mode has it's own 6 minute soundtrack (it's technically 2 & 1/2 minutes, but looped around V.carefully)
+Advisor gives prioritised advice.
+Tourism is a great income advantage, there are many options.
+There's 11025 tiles with an overhead map mode so that you can create and design unique patterns (for those who get bored of making money once they're billionaires).
+There's a huge budget and statistics screen to help the game last longer for hardcore tycoon gamers.
+57 tile types, probably the highest in any Scratch City Builder
+No other scratch-city builder has global issues like pollution, garbage, education, health and fire!
+Multiple Speeds
+Keyboard short-cuts screen (using QW,AS,ZX for zones and N for roads makes it LOADS quicker, use the interface for everything else)
+Four times of day, shadows move with the sun in the background
PLUS MORE!!!
