I've listened to a few bootleg tracks and they're quite experimental. Makes sense of the different styles he's been through.

PROFESSIONAL GRIEFERS DEADMAU5 FT. GERARD WAY

Made my day that deadmau5 was featuring the lead singer of my favourite band.

Well if you wanted honesty, that's all you had to say. I never want to let you down or have you go, it's better off this way.

Re: <album title goes here> Discussion

Does deadmau5 have something against actually naming his work?

Using a term often used for things not yet named in naming your song isn't automatically clever.

Nobody's claimed that, he can come up with album titles I guess he just doesn't want to make one exactly like everyone else's.

It's just his thing, I guess. His titles tend to be off-the-cuff; it's not incredibly clever or anything, but in the end the title isn't that important anyway.  tongue

Yeah, they would since they're posted on an official soundcloud account.

well if it's official, then i'd think that's just preview tracks or a pre-release or whatever

Re: <album title goes here> Discussion

I love <album title goes here>, it has alot of songs similar to his Get Scraped roots but is sure not to lose the classic progressive house sound he's known for.

I've listened to a few bootleg tracks and they're quite experimental. Makes sense of the different styles he's been through.

Get Scraped Techno and trance
Vexillology Ambient progressive
Random Album Title Definitely progressive
For Lack of a Better Name Heavy club beat
4x4=12 Electro-house
album title goes here More experimental

Am I the only one who doesn't like all the subgenres of electronic music nowadays?

Electronic music is a very diverse genre - I doubt there are many people that like every subgenre in the category.

There's technically something for everyone:

Rock/Metal: Electronic Rock
Pop: Synth-Pop
Country: Country House Fusion
Swing: Swing House
Soul: Ambient Soul
Jazz: Swing House

And Swing House does exist.
